Thank you for checking out our fundraising page! We are so excited to share with you that this January I will be representing Bryn Mawr School as a candidate in the Mission Mawrtian team in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2024 Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign. 

We are Narae and Narah Kang, sisters who are a senior and a sophomore at the Bryn Mawr School and we decided to dedicate our time to LLS and SVOY because of our experience working in an oncology research lab. We saw the multiple stages of trial and error and decided that we wanted to be a part of the change by raising funds to transform cancer research. Some of our loved ones have experienced cancer and we understand the struggle of current treatments and we want to provide all cancer patients with the best treatments and patient support possible.  

My team wants to create a change in this world, our goal is to raise $50,000 for the cause and we can’t do it alone. • Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
